Your typed outline should be a total of 18-22 COMPLETE SENTENCES. You should follow the template of the outline worksheet I gave you in class.
REMEMBER.....EVERYTHING IN COMPLETE SENTENCES. Begin the outline with your thesis statement (as shown on the worksheet), and go from there.

I wasn't there on Tuesday and I don't have my thesis with me! Can I change it for tonight and then redo it once i get my thesis back?
Yes, but do you have it saved somewhere? If not, you will be doing a whole outline based on a thesis that you will be changing.
If not, just do your best with the thesis and outline. It's ok if it eventually changes.
